"Shyeaaah!" "Ahaaaaaa!"

This title track from the 'Audio Mall' project just got the video treatment. Sneakerbox Chock & Bueller Da Don are on a serious tear right now and this video is the perfect compliment to the growing success of their album. From Chock's TuneCore feature, to the project reaching the top 200 Hip-Hop album sales on iTunes, the duo is proving that they are ready and willing to jump to the next level.

Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments...

Siya - "I Put N****s On" Music Video

Finally! The streets have been clamoring for a new music video from Siya since the release of her video for "I'm Gone." The video was shot in Los Angeles and directed by Mike Ho. The creative vision of both artists was a match made in heaven and they vowed to work together again soon.

They kept their word and Mike flew to New York a few months ago and the two shot a series of videos for songs featured on Siya's "Elevator Dreams" disc. The first of them to release is "I Put N****s On". Siya gets her "Boss" on cruising in a Maybach and showing a young man, "How to move it."

The interesting point is that the videos seem to have been worked into a continued story. Mike Ho, as usual, delivers super slick visuals and dynamic editing. I can't wait to see the next release in the series! For now, check this out and enjoy...

Soope feat. Grubbs - "Hard Hat"

The streets are up to something. Something truly special. Despite what mainstream radio would have one believe, there is a generation of dreamers out here that do. Soope is one such individual. As an MC, I respect his ability and artistic vision. The material he is putting out at this stage of the game is phenomenal and it's certainly not long before he gains more widespread attention. As a man, I respect his courage for creating and presenting this new release "Hard Hat."

In the current economic state, many people took offense to Jay-Z and Kanye's 'Watch the Throne' project. The duo's ode to excess left many turned off. For those of you who genuinely felt that, then this track is for you. Soope and Grubbs are walking you into the reality of of the "rest" of America. The reality of the Have-nots.

This is the most poignant work I've heard from Soope. It makes me proud to watch his career and skill develop. We need this type of artistry in Hip-Hop. We need, and have needed for many years now, to restore balance in mainstream Hip-Hop. There is room for intelligence. There is room for truth. There is room for Soope. LET HIM IN!

Breakdancing Fingers

I came across this little diversion while surfing the web with my son. We had a good laugh at this one and think it's pretty cool. I don't get too involved in the dance world but I enjoy all elements of Hip-Hop, of course. Whenever I catch a good DJ Battle or breakdance performance, I stop and watch. This is the first time I've ever seen breakdancing fingers. Complete with six step and flares! Watch...
