Respect if you know who this man is. If you don't, please educate yourself. You may have heard the term, "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised." at some point in your life. He is the author of the original poem. He's a poet who's career is largely defined by his works from the 1960s and '70s.
He's had a seemingly lifetime history with drugs and addiction but always manages to stay sober just long enough to rekindle his gift with words. This is his latest from a forthcoming album.
